📢 NOW HIRING: Sign Walkers for Compass Health!

Compass Health is seeking energetic, reliable Sign Walkers to help promote our services during the busy enrollment seasons!

📅 When:

• AEP: October 15 – December 7
• OE: November 1 – January 15
  (Extensions may apply)

🕒 Schedule:

• Monday – Saturday
• 9:00 a.m. – 12:00 p.m. & 3:00 p.m. – 6:00 p.m. (36 hours per week total)
• 10–15 minute break every 2 hours (meal breaks unpaid)

💲 Pay:

• $14.00/hour, paid weekly via ACH deposit (valid checking account required)

📋 Responsibilities:

• Be on time and present at your assigned location
• Hold the sign and be animated to attract attention
• Remain visible and professional at all times
• Wear the assigned costume or costume parts
• Notify the Store Manager of any attendance issues (late, sick, etc.)
• Sign in/out daily using the provided log sheet

💡 Important Notes:

• Weekly hours must be verified and submitted by the Store Manager by Thursday at 3:00 p.m.
• No referral or “bird dog” fees will be paid by Compass Health.
