Do you have experience applying fertilizers, herbicides, and pesticides in landscaping? We’re looking for a skilled and detail-oriented Plant Health Care Technician to help us keep residential and commercial landscapes thriving.

What You’ll Do

• Apply fertilizers, insecticides, fungicides, and herbicides to turf, trees, and shrubs.
• Mix and measure products safely, following label instructions.
• Knowledge of plants types and ability to recognize common pest and diseases.
• Calibrate and operate backpack sprayers, spreaders, and other application equipment.
• Monitor turf and plants for pest or disease issues and determine the right treatment.
• Keep accurate daily service records and reports.
• Maintain equipment in safe, working condition.
• Communicate with customers about treatments, concerns, and recommendations.

What We’re Looking For
✅ Minimum 2 year of experience with chemical or spray applications.
✅ Knowledge of fertilizer, pesticide, and herbicide use and safety (MSDS).
✅ Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks.
✅ Basic math skills for mixing and measuring products.
✅ Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
✅ Able to lift 50+ lbs, bend, stoop, twist, and work outdoors in all weather.
✅ Strong attention to detail and safety.

Nice to Have (but not required)

• Experience with calibration equipment.
• Customer service background.
