She is honored to have helped 40+ families in the past 12 months achieve their real estate goals. She utilizes the newest and most effective marketing practices and puts your unique needs first whether buying or selling. Her son, Alec, recently joined her and between the two of them offer top-notch, concierge service to their customers. 

EDUCATION: Dawn's educational background includes a degree in Paralegal Studies from Florida Atlantic University. As a former paralegal and closer for title attorneys Dawn is proficient in negotiating contracts and closings procedures; making sure that your closing goes as smoothly as possible and the customer is informed with every step. Alec studied finance at West Virginia University and will focused on residential and commercial real estate. Coaching: Dawn has been an Elite coaching client with Tom Ferry for the past 8 years. 

SHE LIVES HERE: Dawn is blessed and fortunate to do what she loves in a town that she loves living in. She has raised her children in Hobe Sound from elementary school to high school and was a fixture at football or lacrosse games. The children are grown but Dawn and her husband, Mark, will always make Hobe Sound home. In her spare time you can find her running to the beach, volunteering at church, boating or reading a good book with her community book club.
