With more than 20 years in enterprise technology at Verizon and NICE, AJ has sat across the table from Fortune 500 executives, nonprofit leaders, and small business owners. He is a 5-time President's Club winner across both companies and has spent his career translating complex technology into outcomes leaders can actually use.

Through Operate Bigger, AJ helps business owners and leadership teams put AI to work without jargon and without code. AJ lives in Martin County, Florida with his wife Michele. Outside of work, he serves as a board member and youth leadership mentor at Martin County PAL, running a Maxwell-based diversion program for at-risk teens.
