I've been in the personal training business for over 15 years, and have ran my own personal business for 5. Located in Port Salerno, FL with a private studio, or I can come to your home. I travel to Hobe Sound, Stuart, Jupiter Island, Jensen Beach, and Port Salerno. I also work with people online throughout the country, or through self-guided programs through my personal training app. I mainly work with women, ages 50 and up, or student athletes, having been one myself. I work with clients through all the pillars of health - movement/exercise, nutrition, sleep, hydration, and stress management. The goal is not to need me forever, but to learn and educate you, so you can take that knowledge and continue a healthy lifestyle long into your 80's and 90's.
