Our October Breakfast will take place under the tiki hut at the Chapman School of Seamanship. Founded in 1971, Chapman School of Seamanship provides certification for professional mariners, and safe boating instruction for recreational boaters, through ‘learn at the helm’ and classroom instruction. Our speaker will be Martin County Property Appraiser Jenny Fields who will educate us on Amendment 3, the property tax measure on the November 3, 2026 ballot and provide an overview and information on how taxable value, exemptions and assessment caps actually work. Join us for a fun and educational morning while enjoying breakfast and networking with friends.
