Project Lift has expanded its innovative mental health and vocational training programs to Southern Martin County, with a new site located at Bridge Road and Lantana Avenue in Hobe Sound. The location was strategically selected to serve the needs of the Banner Lake community and to complement the continuum of care already being delivered in the area, by adding a workforce development and mental health program targeting at-risk teens and young adults.
